MASTUJ, Jan 18, 2010: People here have demanded that the government should repair the Mastuj-Yarkhun road to lessen problems of the commuters who suffer due to its dilapidated condition.

They said the road had not been repaired for the alst many tears and due to rains and flooding in various points especially at stream crossings it has developed cracks and ditches. They said the black topping of the road had been the long-standing demand of the residents and the governmnet despite sanctioning the project had not started work on it. 

They demanded that the elected representatives should take up the issue with the authorities concerned and start work on the project to resolve the public problems.
