CHITRAL: Naib Subadar Zafar Murad of Chitral Scouts was killed during clashes with Taliban militants at Darra Adamkhel, said the commandant of the paramilitary force in Chitral.

Mr Murad belonged to Zanglasht village of Torkoh valley. His body was shifted to Chitral in a military helicopter and laid to rest with full military honor in his village.

The funeral prayer was attended by a large number of civil and military officers and people of the area.—GH Farooqui
